Why we exist
The next hire rarely fixes the real bottleneck.
Every established business reaches a ceiling where adding people no longer moves the needle — it just adds coordination overhead. The instinct is to hire through it. The reality is that the bottleneck is rarely a shortage of people; it's a shortage of documented, working systems.
We started AI Cubed to give owners a third option between burning out their team and bloating their payroll. We are a consultancy first: we go inside the operation, document how the work actually happens, and tell you honestly which parts technology should touch. Where the answer is build, our own engineers do the building.

Our principle
Systems over headcount.
When a process is slow, error-prone or stuck in one person's head, the durable fix is almost never another hire. It's a defined, documented, monitored way for the work to happen the same way every time.
Every hire adds capacity and overhead in equal measure. A documented, working system adds capacity without adding payroll.
When someone leaves, the way the work gets done leaves with them. Written procedures keep that knowledge in the business.
